Deutsche Bank today announced three appointments to its Australasian equity capital markets team.

The additions include Managing Director Justin Dwyer, Director Robert Snow and Associate Melinda Robertson.

Dwyer joins as Head of Equity Origination and has over 16 years of industry investment banking experience in both the Australian and US markets.

He held senior roles in equity capital markets and investment banking at UBS in Australia and the US and was most recently head of US Capital Markets at Babcock and Brown in New York. He has originated and executed numerous capital raising and investment banking transactions for leading Australian and US public and private clients.

Snow has over 10 years experience in investment banking and equity capital markets in Sydney and London. Snow joins from Deutsche Bank in London where he covered ECM origination and execution across diverse markets including Europe, Russia and the Middle East, on assignments for both government and corporate clients.

Robertson has 8 years of industry experience working in corporate finance and in equities trading, most recently with JPMorgan and Grant Samuel in Melbourne.
